2. Payment and Billing
Authorization: By submitting payment, you represent that you are the authorized user of the credit card or payment method provided.
Verification: Our system logs the IP address and digital signature of every transaction to prevent unauthorized use.
Currency: All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy
Digital Nature: Because our services are digital and time-based, they cannot be “returned.” Therefore, all sales are final.

Fraudulent Disputes: Initiating a chargeback for a service that has already been rendered is considered a breach of contract. We reserve the right to submit all digital logs, including IP addresses and timestamps, to the issuing bank as evidence of service fulfillment.
Recovery Costs: In the event of an unsuccessful chargeback, the customer may be held liable for any administrative fees incurred by PujaShaktti during the dispute process.
5. Limitation of Liability
PujaShaktti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the website.
